Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Formulae purchase. Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we accept returns under the conditions below.

Returns

You may return unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email formulae.supplements@gmail.com with your order number. For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 30 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
