These Terms of Service govern your use of the Formulae online store and purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Formulae All In One Daily Supplement is a dietary supplement intended to support general health and wellness. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a pre-existing medical condition.

2. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors. You will be notified and fully refunded if an order is cancelled.

3. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store payment card details.

4. Shipping

We ship within Thailand only. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Formulae is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders will be replaced or fully refunded at no cost to you. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy, available at checkout.

6. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

Our product pages offer a Subscribe & Save option, which may be pre-selected as the default purchase type. A subscription is a recurring purchase: you authorise us to automatically charge your payment method and ship your order at the delivery frequency shown (for example, every month) at the subscription price, until you cancel. The purchase type, price, and billing frequency are always displayed on the product page, in your cart, and at checkout before you confirm payment.

You can cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time, free of charge, through your customer account or by emailing formulae.supplements@gmail.com. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Orders already billed or shipped will be delivered as normal and are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy, available at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and product formulations, is owned by Formulae and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formulae's liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
